Top 3 personality traits of people who have small handwriting

According to the study of Graphology your handwriting is made up of three zones - middle, upper and lower. A basic average measure by which size can be judged is 3mm per zone. More than that is large; less than that is small.

Source: blog.ctnews.com

When i analyse handwriting of individuals it is the size of their writing that gives me a complete outline to their personality. The size of  handwriting is directly co-related with the confidence level of an individual, if he/she is confident of something then they tend to form large letters and bold stokes if not then vice-versa.

In this blog i will reveal about the top 3 traits of that an individual with small handwriting possesses.

1. They have excellent concentration:

People with small handwriting can concentrate really well. Such writers can fit the profile of jobs that require them to be glued to their desks for a long time. They prefer working alone and often appear to be less interactive at workplace. They are excellent contributes when they are given full freedom to work alone.

If the writing is small and delicate, the writer is unlikely to be a good communicator with anyone other than those on their own particular wavelength. These people do not generally find it easy to break new ground socially.

If you compare handwriting of great scientists then this will be a common trait. They have this because they are required to shut their minds off the world and completely focus on critical things.

2. They are great stress managers:

Put them under a very pressurized situation and they would easily be able to manage it. They work with amazing caliber when it comes to paying attention to small details. They are quite guarded in their reactions and do not react impulsively. Overall, they are great stress managers.

3. Usually they are reserved and introspective:

Small writers appear to be shy by nature. They love to gain more clarity about themselves and hence end up introspecting a lot. They are not flamboyant or attention-seekers. In a social gathering they like to be in their comfort zone and feel uncomfortable when people shower a great deal of attention towards them.

Caution: People with extremely small handwriting have some self-esteem issues. Such writers totally avoid being among people, because they fear that people will know their own lack of faith in themselves. In such situations they get very defensive and behave abnormally.

Also note - the rest of the handwriting plays a very important part to conclude any of the above mentioned traits

This was is last post for 2015, we will come up with an all new and an exciting section of 'How i met you on paper'!
More details will be shared in 2016.
Wishing you a Happy New Year in advance Folks!

A day in the factory with Handwriting Analysis!

This has never happened before in my life, I was at the Bay Window Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I thought it will be just for another day of employee analysis but little did I know that it will turn out to be the best experience of my life!

For the first time I got to analyse handwritings of employees who were speech and hearing impaired, not one not two but of 20 in all. The objective was to help the management understand the strength and weakness of its employees better.

There was a pattern I observed in their handwritings which I want to share here:
  • Most of them had strong determination in their personality. When I tried understanding this more deeply i realized that everyone there was determined to achieve a very simple thing in life – Being Independent! But on the other end of the spectrum everyone had low self-image. They feared to portray this side of their personality to the world and hence use determination as a defense mechanism
  • Besides that, 90% of them had introversion and excessive imagination as one of the common trait, I could relate this with their past experiences.
  • One amazing thing that copped out of analysis was everyone was super creative. And each had their own interest areas to portray their creative instincts.
  • Self-control in terms of expressing their anger was an evident trait.

Overall, This helped the management not only understand its employees better but also enabled them to get a better picture of the work that will suit them the best (ensuring best utilization of their talent)

All the employees loved working and taking responsibilities as an individual. Trusting them is all that they expected from the management team and this was true in majority of the cases.

Sharing a few samples, request all the graphologists to share your thoughts:

Top 3 ways in which handwriting analysis can help you be a lot positive at work!

Wanna be happy and bubbling at work? The science of Handwriting Analysis can help you. No kidding!

Being positive at work is all that you need to get yourself into a fast track mode of your career. Positivity helps you to be socially active and that's the key to have a balanced work life. If at all you are feeling pessimistic at work then gear up for a massive change coming your way. Read on..

Top 3 ways in which handwriting analysis can help you be a lot positive at work:

Enthusiastic "T"
1. Reflecting an Enthusiastic Persona:
Enthusiasm is infectious, it induces a strong positive motivation in fellow employees. This is the key ingredient to success. It helps the person to move on enthusiastically with failures in life.

In handwriting, enthusiasm of the writer surfaces in long t-bars.

2. Communicating Effectively:

Communication gaps can make things go hay-weird! To be able to put things across in a clear way helps in reducing confusion at work. Not everyone has this skill polished. By this i do not mean that an individual should be an extrovert, they should just be able to say the right things at the right time

In handwriting, well framed and clear oval letters reflects the communication ability of an individual.

3. Getting over being sensitive to criticisms:

Do you feel bad when someone scolds or criticizes you? Does your heart sink when someone tells you are not doing well? If yes, then this indicates that you are sensitive to criticism. This can halt your progress at work place to a greater extent.

By avoiding large loops (as shown in the picture) from your small case 'd' 't' 'l' etc in your handwriting you can remove this trait from your personality.

Note: You can adopt these changes in your handwriting only after a consultation from a Certified Graphologist because the impact of these changes have to be measured based on the complete writing of a person.

Do you have a 'print' handwriting?

A handwriting where letters appear to be disconnected is called as the print handwriting. Graphologists refer to this as 'Printing'. The co-joint letters in handwriting give insights on how we connect and build relationships with people around us.

A person whose handwriting is in a print form may face a lot of problems with inter-personal relationships, since his handwriting indicates lack of ability to bond and connect with people, a perfect example of people who appear to be a complete loner. On the other hand they will be creative, highly intuitive and methodological in their approach. They are people who have plans in line and often like to adopt a slow and detailed approach in its execution. The art of perfection drives them!

They are individualistic in their approach and hence face a lot of trouble in managing their relationships. Such people are not flexible and appear to be dominating. Ruled by rules, they tend to restrict themselves from experimenting with new things in life.

Printing is a facade writing and it is not possible to comment on the person’s character through it. On the surface the person can appear to be completely charming and outspoken that is simply because he is skilled enough to hide his anger and fear beneath the facade from a very early age.

Print writers are not born intelligent, but they develop intelligence with their experiences in life. Creative trait that they possess comes to their rescue often when they have a need to express their emotional experiences.

Note: Block writers and Print writers are not the same. Block writing is a handwriting where all the letters appear to be in small capitals.

If your handwriting has this style then it is recommended that you consult a Graphologist!

Read what "i" have to say about you!

Remember in school when your teacher always instructed you to place your dots properly? It is possible that the focus there was to make your handwriting look more beautiful but this has a deeper meaning in Graphology.
The lower-case version of your i's is analyzed based on 3 factors.
  1. Size and shape of the i-dot
  2. Position of the i-dot
  3. Pressure of the i-dot
In this blog i will only focus on sharing more info on the Size and shape of the i-dot
Dots which are drawn in any vivid shape indicates the creative instinct in a writer. It also reflects the writer's desire to do things differently to gain people's attention. In general these people dislike routine and will always be in search of 'something new' to do. Even in relationships they expect their partners to do/plan out of the box stuff, as said - Variety is the spice of life for these guys.
Observe your i-dots when you feel irritated with people, situation or even with yourself, you might see a slashed i-dot. Different things can be analyzed depending on the side at which the dot is crossed. If towards the left then you might be thinking of your experiences in the past. I-dot towards the right indicates your enthusiasm and curiousness. If slashed straight then it indicates that you are observant.
This is my favourite trait - Absent Mindedness! People with this in their handwriting are often careless hasty and impatient. I have also observed these people to be 'day dreamers'.
Absence in i-dots also indicates that the person does not pay attention to details and loves to follow only the essential details which are mandatory but the trivial.
This was just a brief glance of what's in store with your i-dots. Most of these factors need to be verified with the rest of the handwriting before jumping to conclusion!

YES! You can change your personality through your Handwriting!

Many people ask if there is a way to change their personality by changing their handwriting - Yes it can be done through the science of Graphotherapy.

Graphotherapy is the scientific way to make alterations or changes in your handwriting which directly impacts your personality.

Your Handwriting is a reflection of who you are, it is your mind writing. Every stroke in your handwriting correlates with a personality trait within you. While practicing graphotherapy your hand sends signals to your mind to make some conscious desirable changes, over a period of 21-28 days these conscious changes start reflecting in your behavior.

I have personally used Graphotherapy extensively and completely got rid of having low self-esteem, and getting affect with what people think about me. Most importantly it also transformed me from being a complete introvert to now being an ambivert :)

I can tell you from first hand knowledge – from having used graphotherapy in my own life, and having assisted many others to use it in theirs – that this is a deceptively simple tool which wields an amazing amount of power.

One suggested change below that you can adopt with confidence! :)

If you are feeling sad you may see your handwriting writing going downhill or
perhaps you may have a “roller-coaster” baseline.

Start practicing to write uphill, this indicates happiness and optimism.  However take the optimistic dose with caution – too much of a good thing becomes a negative. So have your writing going gently uphill, not perpendicular!

The theory of graphotherapy is to keep practicing to write in a certain way until your subconscious accepts it as normal.

CAUTION: If you change your handwriting, you really will change yourself, so it is advisable to take the opinion of an expert graphologist before implementing these changes.

Low self-esteem hitting you down? Buckle up!

'Be Confident' - An essential advice you get before you take on anything in life!

You cannot be truly confident unless you have good self-esteem to back it up, it gives you the feeling that you can indeed do whatever you want to do.

The important thing for you to understand about self-esteem is that it is a great and useful thing to have. You understand the positive impact people with high self-esteem have, the advantages they get, and that it's something worth emulating.

If this essential trait is dripping low in you then it’s high time to buckle up! In the long run low esteem levels can be debilitating.

How do you do that, though?

Observe your small letter 'T', the lower your T-bars are crossed the lower will be your self-esteem. Study says that people with low T-bars will tend to stay in unhappy relationships and jobs for a very long time. They possess limited beliefs about getting what they want in life and have low or no goals. They require security and look little farther than planning for immediate needs.

As the handwriting expert Bart Baggett says "To confirm any indication of self-esteem, look to the height of the cross on the letter t. The low T-bar won’t always be trouble… but the defense mechanisms which people build to protect a low self-esteem (sarcasm, blame, defensiveness, withdrawal… are all troublesome in relationships)"

People with high T-bars are more confident to shift, progressive and always tend to keep an optimistic view of themselves thereby are more happy and contented with life!

So how high should your T-bars be?

If your T-bars are crossed lower than 2/3 from the top of your T-stem then take some time out each day and practice to place your T-stem as high as it is shown the picture (The High Confidence T). Daily practice of writing it that way can help you see the change in well within 21 days!

This is called grapho-therapy exercise and this creates new nural pathway to your brain and increases your self-confidence and esteem sub-consciously.

Raising your T-bars is the simplest exercise to raise your self-esteem!

In signature, size matters!

Signatures are very insightful, it not only revels your projected personality but also helps in knowing what kind of social person you are. It is a fantastic science to learn, using which you will be able to know some unique insights about people.

Just a scenario on how can it be helpful -

Imagine if you are going for a sales meeting and you happen to see the client's signature, you analyse that the client is more of a logic oriented person who has a lot of vanity and is very self-conscious, your mind immediately prepares a pitch accordingly. You know that you have to avoid emotions and sentiments and speak numbers with him, share a lot of facts and figures, also praise his thoughts and opinions. Things can go a lot smoother that way, with high chances of you clinching the deal!

If you are lured by the question - How does size matter in your signature? Then its explained in a few simple steps -

The size of the signature points out the writer’s wish to be noticed or remain unnoticed.

1. Small signature - If your handwriting is small in size then it means that you do not have the desire to be noticed, you come across as a shy person. But on the flip side you tend to be a clever and an intelligent being with a desire to live a private life without much interference of anyone.
2. Medium signature - A medium sized signature denotes that the person just wants to fit in in any group/situation. He/She is confident, easy going and has a tendency to behave the same in public as in private.
3. Big signature - Bold and confident is the best description for a signature that is big in size. These people crave to be noticed, sometimes can also project a tendency to be arrogant. The thumb rule is - the bigger the signature, the more gregarious and outgoing the person is!

This is in relation to the size of your signature. I will cover more insights in the upcoming blogs.

Happy Reading folks!

Sign and shine like a star!

Signature is a reflection of how you want to be perceived by the world, it may or may not be your real self. Very often I observe people highlighting a great contrast between their Handwriting and Signature it’s simply because they don’t want to reveal their true personality.

If signature is same as the rest of the handwriting then the writer will be the same in private and public. When analysing handwritings signature remains my favorite focus because it discloses a lot about the character of a person. Traits like honestly, communication abilities, emotional stability can be easily identified by looking at the way you sign.

Sharing some insights from my Signature analysis of some famous personalities:

J.K. Rowling
Source: www.mnn.com
J.K. Rowling's signature lacks legibility, such people tend to be very sharp minded but on the flip side they are lazy, confused and frustrated with life in general. She has various loops in her signature which also indicates that she has fluidity of thoughts and hence is a great communicator.
Bill Gates
Source: www.theverge.com
Bill Gate's signature reflects that he desires to make a big impression. He also comes across as a person who is generally modest and considerate. The first letter in capital indicates that he is talented and has an impressive impact on people.

Princess Diana has no second name in her signature and it indicates that she was a self-dependent person with prominent vision and mission. Her sign ends with a full stop which means that the person needs a good break after completing any task, because they face a lot of obstacles while going ahead. A line below the signature denotes dutiful traits of a person.

This was just a glimpse.. In my next write-up i will share on how you can get set and analyse your own signature! Stay locked!

Happy Reading :)

An exciting journey into your mind!

One thing out of many that kept me hooked on to Handwriting Analysis for years is the fact that it helped me in knowing an individual's personality without even talking to them. There are instances when i just look at the scribbling on the white board and share the behavioral pattern of that particular individual, this is a baffling experience for them!

Handwriting Analysis is much deeper than what it is perceived to be. The impressions you make on the paper in the form of your handwriting has a direct co-relation with your sub-conscious mind and therefore we say 'Handwriting is not your handwriting, it’s your mind writing' and every individual has a unique style of writing, even identical twins differ with how they write.

Many people ask me a question on how this science actually works and how can I read a handwriting to know the true personality of a person?

Well, your curiosity is explained in the picture below!
